Vacant Furnished Home Staging Project

The home owners of this home moved into a new home they had built in early spring of 2011. They had the home on the market for many months and were not able to sell during the downturn of the economy. Since the home hadn’t sold they opted to rent the home for a year to wait it out and sell during a better economy. The home’s interior and exterior was in good condition but to sell fast and for the highest price, their new realtor suggested they have Pop Decor stage the home to maximize the sell price.

This home closed within 45 days on the market.

This home's living room, dining room and kitchen were furnished and these rooms along with the powder room, secondary bathroom and master bathroom were accessorized with art, plants and decorations to add color and focal points to the rooms.
